Copious Jonesis anoriginal rock band out of Atlanta, GA, consisting of 3 friends from music school who joined forces with 2 veterans from the local jazz/Latin scene. Delivering heartfelt compositionswith honest intentions, these gifted musicians have quickly become recognized as one of the most promising talents coming out of Atlanta and the southeast region of the U.S. today. Drawing from inspirations such as Paul Simon, The Grateful Dead, andPink Floyd,Copious Jones has created a unique musical experience attractingaudiences of all generations and walks of life to their shows. Since the band’s inception in 2010 they’ve become a staple in Atlanta’s diverse local music-scene and have been busy the past two years solidifying and expanding their fan-base in the southeastern United States and beyond. To date they’ve booked & played more than 500 shows in 70+ cities on their own, and they’re truly earning their following & reputation the old-fashioned way, one performance at a time.Every passing day adds a little more to the amazing story of these talented musicians.
