Individual Description of Classes:

Yin Yoga

Shawn Harrison
Friday, Saturday, Sunday 9-10a
Simple and gentle held postures – holding in each position for 3 minutes or more. These juicy long holds help to hydrate and take care of our connective tissue (tendons, ligaments and fascia). And the stillness is an opportunity to practice mindfulness, turning the physical practice into a meditation.

Acro Yoga

Lana Heintjes
Saturday + Sunday 9-10a
AcroYoga is partner-based yoga with a base, a flyer, and a spotter. This workshop is designed to set a
solid and safe foundation that incorporates strength training, basic flying, and thai yoga massage. Come as
you are, with or without a partner.

Kundalini Yoga + Gong Immersion

HariPrakaash
Friday, Saturday, Sunday
10:15 – 11:15a (Kundalini) and 11:15 – 12:15a (Gong Immersion)
All are welcome. Kundalini Yoga is a fast transportation system. It combines physical exercises, breathing techniques, mantra, sound + meditation. Practicing this technology from the very first time brings a sense of well-being, happiness + healthiness. It is a safe, complete way to reach your higher consciousness. Kundalini Yoga raises the frequency of the individual, thus helping to raise the vibration of the planet. Class ends with a deep relaxation to the healing vibrations of the Gong.

Shakti Yoga

Linda Lalita Winnick
Friday, Saturday, Sunday 11:30a

We will use basic breathing and awareness techniques while holding and softening into each posture. This method enhances the circulation of chi throughout the body, nourishes the organs and encourages mental focus – creating an atmosphere of internal calm and balanced energy. AcroYoga is partner-based yoga with a base, a flyer, and a spotter. This workshop is designed to set a solid and safe foundation that incorporates strength training, basic flying, and Thai yoga massage. Come as you are, with or without a partner. Shakti Yoga is a dynamic, festive practice that suits all levels. Linda Lalita’s classes are always based on diverse levels of ability so she offers lots of modifications and options. Expect a cool playlist, too!
