EZ Pay is back! Our EZ Pay payment plan offers customers the ability to lock in current ticket prices and pay over three (3) monthly installments!

Look for the “EZ Pay” option on the checkout page after you’ve added everything to your cart.

A few points to be noted:

  • A minimum of $100 must be purchased to enroll.
  • Payments are applied to your card automatically on the same day each month (i.e. if you purchased on the 19th, you will be charged on the 19th of each month until your payments are fulfilled).
  • If your EZ Pay payment details change (card expires, use different card), please call us at 855-821-9209 to submit new details.
  • There is a small fee to utilize our EZ Pay plan.

Mountain Jam will not stop payment at any time. By entering into an EZ Pay plan, you are agreeing to pay your order in full. If, for any reason, a charge is denied, you are responsible for making the payment in full within five (5) days of the rejected charge. If a payment is not made within five (5) days after the initial charge, your account will be charged an additional $10 per month/missed payment. Additionally, if you have not completed your missed payment within 10 days, your order will be cancelled without refund. If you do not want to continue with your payment plan, your order can be cancelled and refunded the money you have paid less a cancellation charge of $75 prior to your order being paid in full.
